By booking a pickup or using our studio, you agree to the terms below. They exist to keep expectations clear on both sides.
Services
Rivero Wash Studio provides laundry, dry cleaning, steam ironing, shoe and specialty fabric care, with optional doorstep pickup and delivery in serviced areas of Ahmedabad.
Communication consent
We collect personal details like your name, email address, and phone number etc. By sharing your information, you authorize Rivero Wash Studio to contact you via SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Email, and other communication channels. This consent overrides any NDNC/DND registration as per TRAI regulations.
Orders, pickup & delivery
Pickup and delivery slots are indicative and may shift due to traffic, weather or workload. Someone must be available at the address during the chosen slot; missed pickups may be rescheduled.
Express / same-day service is subject to capacity and is confirmed by our team.
Garment care & liability
Please check pockets before handover; we are not responsible for items left inside garments. Garments are processed according to their care label. Some stains, odours or pre-existing damage may not be fully removable.
In the rare event of loss or damage caused by us, our maximum liability is limited to ten times the cleaning charge of that item, capped at the item's depreciated value.
Pricing & payment
Prices are quoted per item or per kg and may vary after inspection of fabric, size or soil level. Payment is collected at delivery or as agreed for monthly plans. Monthly plans are confirmed offline by our team.
Unclaimed items
Items not collected within 30 days of the ready date may be disposed of or donated after notifying you on your registered number.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
